True to the nature of a Catholic mission school. Seishin Junior High School and Seishin Girls' High School teach moral ' education based on religious thought; students attend religious , classes every week. and they take part in meditation before i classes and in prayer at the end of the school day. The principal ~ gives a spiritual message weekly. Charity events are organized as well as a day of social service on Saint Julie Billiart Day. and a Christmas celebration is held. These religious events and activities focus on both the practical and the spiritual. thereby = enabling students to acquire a universal sense of values which is , a true asset in today's complex world. In a society that often places too much emphasis on students' grades. we recognize the = importance of encouraging education and awareness of and respect for others.
